Lutheran Indian Ministries' staff Clarence De Lude III (Native Hawaiian), took two of his children, Anuhea and Rikki, on a servant event in Chalkyitsik, Alaska, in July. Clarence and his team led the children through a six-day vacation Bible school filled with Bible stories, crafts, videos and nature walks. To view numerous pictures of their time together, download the PDF here.
Clarence is missionary-at-large on the island of O'ahu. Currently he is enrolled in the Cross-Cultural Ministry Center (CMC) Program at Concordia University, Irvine, Calif., leading to ordination.
We encourage you to keep Clarence and his ministry in your prayers and as he studies to serve as pastor to his Native brothers and sisters.
