Part 1

Healing the Wounds of Trauma" is a faith-based program combining behavioral health practices with spiritual teachings, providing interactive, art-focused, and reflective sessions to help participants understand God's view on trauma and grief, and prepare them to support others in their healing journey.

Part 4

Healing the Wounded Trauma, initiated in Africa and now in over 100 countries, empowers communities globally, including Alaska, to understand and address trauma through culturally informed, faith-based perspectives, changing perceptions on the Bible and God's approach to healing.

Part 2

This approach highlights grief as an integral and natural aspect of love, encouraging understanding and connection through the acknowledgment of loss, inspired by biblical examples like Jesus' grief, thereby fostering deeper community support and personal healing.

Part 5

This program addresses common misconceptions about God's role in human suffering, emphasizing His constant compassion and equipping individuals to provide real, empathetic support, thereby revealing God's love through human connections in times of trauma.

Part 7

Recognizing Alaska's struggles with high rates of domestic violence and child neglect, this initiative emphasizes the need for communal education and action to improve family wellness and safeguard the future of the state's children, both in Alaska Native and non-native communities.

Part 3

Participants in our program gain a deep understanding of God's compassion for the wounded, a sense of community with others who have experienced trauma, and a renewed perspective on the Bible's relevance to healing and personal growth.

Part 6

This program offers free training for those who have completed a healing group, equipping them to facilitate their own groups, thereby enabling them to demonstrate God's healing power and aid in transforming how people view trauma and God's presence in their own and others' lives.
