He is RISEN!: Easter Sunday, April 16
Dear Jesus, thank you so much that you rose from the dead. Thank you that you have made a way for us to have victory in life because you are alive. Help us to understand this in a new way today. Help us begin to live this out in a new way. In your name, Amen.
Forsaken, So You Never Will Be: Holy Saturday, April 15
Dear Heavenly Father, you turned your back on your only Son when He suffered and died on the cross. You forsook Him so that all who place their faith in Jesus as Savior would never be forsaken. By your Spirit, draw us near to you for Jesus’ sake, Amen.

Weeping with Jesus: Good Friday, April 14
Dear Lord, thank you for going to the cross for us. Help me, Lord, to understand how much you truly love me and that you went down that very dark and lonely path so I could truly know your love. Thank you, Lord, for inspiring me again this season to serve and love you more deeply than ever before. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Thirsty (for Knowledge) Thursday - The Brave Heart Society
In response to the rampant amount of physical abuse and molestation in reservation life, Faith Spotted Eagle has created the Brave Heart Society, which sponsors healing retreats where female victims can get support and therapy to help overcome their abuse.
God-Sized Hole: Holy Thursday, April 13
Father, thank you for sending your Son so that our thirst can be forever quenched. Jesus, thank you for giving your body and blood that we may have a relationship with you. Please help us to identify the things in our own lives that we are putting above you, and help us to share your love with others who are in need of your rest, peace, identity, meaning, purpose, and lasting contentment to their awe-craving heart. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Volunteers Plant, Staff Waters, the Holy Spirit Grows
With the help of our volunteers and our faithful supporters, and with God’s blessing, Lutheran Indian Ministries is ready for the summer. Ready to plant; ready to dream; ready to harvest.
A Simple Gesture
By the power of the Holy Spirit, God used technology to bring a Native American woman named Dee, a member of our Brookfield ministry team, and a woman from Ohio together in the fulfillment of LIM’s mission, to His glory, for His purposes. In this case, his purpose was simply getting a new Bible into the hands of a woman in need of His Word.
Everything in God's Hands: Holy Wednesday, April 12
Dear Jesus, forgive us when we try to face life on our terms without seeking your perfect will for us first. Teach me to be more like you. You did not look back and regret the course of your life but instead looked forward to the completion ofyour task. You trusted God’s will would be done and that all would work for the good of all people by the week’s end. Help me also to trust God’s plan for my life. In your name, Amen.
People of the Standing Stone: Holy Tuesday, April 11
Lord Jesus, you are the stone we have rejected. It is amazingly good news that you did not reject us but instead gave your life for us! Help us to order our lives around your words and promises. Empower us to share your good news with others. In your name, Amen.
