What We Can Learn About Generosity, Lesson 6: It's all about faith - Monday Morning Devotion
God's great plan "for hope and a future" is for all people, but His Kingdom is short on Natives.
Luke 6:35-36 FNV
We, who want so much mercy from God, must learn to show mercy to our fellow-men. How can we look to Him for mercy if we never show mercy, how can we ask forgiveness unless we forgive?

A Special Thanksgiving Letter
If the first Thanksgiving was the church's first potluck or potlatch supper and subsequent outreach to Native Americans...it failed as surely as the church has failed in its evangelistic efforts for the past 500 years.
We weren't worshipping the same God on that day and sadly, today, for many Native Americans that has not changed.
This is the reason that the work that we do as Lutheran Indian Ministries is so important.
What We Can Learn About Generosity, Lesson 5: See what's coming - Monday Morning Devotion
Like the Native families that gave everything to their community, confident of what was waiting for them, are we willing to give beyond our comfort, trusting that, because of our faith in Jesus as our Savior, we have the ultimate reward awaiting us?
Luke 6:32-34 FNV
The returning good for good and evil for evil, - this is the ordinary rule of man; then beneath this there is the returning of evil for good, which is devilish; while above it there is the returning of good for evil, which is Divine, - and this is what is commanded for the followers of Jesus here.

All Good Things Come from Above
Don't miss out on this match opportunity!
We know that all good gifts come from heaven above. And we also know that God works through people… like you. Without you, the work of this ministry would simply not be possible.
