Dear Heavenly Father, thank you for life, and for letting us live in this earthly world. I pray for all the people who are suffering from all ailments. I ask that You would bless them just as Jesus said, Amen.

As we celebrate, let's remember those who have less. Sixty percent of counties with a native majority face dangerously high food insecurity rates. And 23 percent of the small U.S. Indigenous population has terrible access to “adequate food” — almost twice the national average.

Take time this holiday season to support your local food banks, hunger task forces, and Native-focused organizations.

 Thank you, God, for adopting me as Your child. Thank you for giving me Your love and identity, and the security of knowing that nothing can separate me from Your love. As I live my life in thankfulness to You, help me to share that love with others. In the name of your Son Jesus, Amen.

 Jesus, thank you for coming for us to give us eternal life and the ability to share it with our Native brothers and sisters. Thank you, also, for the promise of Your return, Amen.

I finally heard: You are not alone. We have been where you are. We have lived through this struggle. You can be Native and love Jesus.  You can open your eyes and rejoice because you have been offered freedom from the prison of your secrets. We need you. We believe in you. Jesus loves you. You are forgiven.

 Dear Lord, we thank you again for the great gift of Your Son, Jesus, and that You have given us the thrill of following Him. Please give us faith to step out in new ways this season as we desire to follow the star You have set before each of us! In Jesus’ name we pray, Amen.

 Holy Father, by Your Spirit, open my eyes to someone today that is hurting and simply needs to know that Your love sent Your Son, Jesus, into our world for them and so many others just like them, Amen.
